TOLC is a professional development hub for interpreters, healthcare professionals, and agencies committed to high standards in language access.

We offer Bridging the Gap Medical Interpreter Training (40- and 64-hour), live CEU webinars, role play workshops, and medical terminology courses—all designed to strengthen skills, build confidence, and elevate interpreter performance.

For agencies and organizations, we provide workforce training to address real-world challenges interpreters face on the job. These sessions improve service quality, reduce turnover and retraining costs, and help retain satisfied clients.

We also maintain a talent pool where agencies and providers can connect with qualified interpreters, translators, and voice actors, filtered by certification, specialization, and experience. Language professionals can join our network to gain visibility and access new opportunities with trusted organizations.
