Proof of Language Proficiency

Proof of language proficiency can be any one of the following documents for each language. Any one of the following qualify as proof of language proficiency:

• High school diploma or equivalent, or university/college degree from a school using the assessed language(s)

• Oral language exam results with scores equivalent to ACTFL Advanced Mid-level or ILR Level 2

***If you don't have proof of proficiency, don't worry. We can schedule a proficiency test that you can take over the phone, from the comfort of your home. The test is just a speaking and listening test and does not include any medical terminology. It simply tests your general speaking and listening ability.***

Please note: Language assessments are required for applicants without other proof of proficiency. We will notify applicants of their language assessment schedule upon receipt of application form and language assessment fee of $70-$90, depending on the language. Remember, the language proficiency test is a general speaking and listening test, it has nothing to do with medical interpreting. It is meant to evaluate your general language ability in that specific language.
